He made his debut with his first Aurora, under his second house House Salad Music and currently belongs to the Dbri Podcast and Fonica crew.

Maai Records, is born. The eccentric new label is the brainchild of on form producer and DJ, Lis Sarroca. The innovative tastemaker has built a reputable status around her never ending quest to discover original and multifaceted sounds for the dancefloor, and the same will follow with the music on her label.

To launch the label Sarroca has supplied the first piece of the puzzle with two zesty tracks that provide her playful, yet well articulated sound, crammed with depth and emotion.

London-based Quintessentials continues to chug along. After their 10 year anniversary and impressive 60th release, they've already gone on to release two more EPs with the third one on the way now. Stepping up to the plate this time is NY*AK. The Newcastle-based hardware guru already has an impressive resume of releases under his belt on labels such as Local Talk, Phonica's Karakul and Ninja Tune's Techinicolour imprints. The Vice EP on Quintessentials is another strong outing, featuring everything from sultry vocals on the A1 'After the Sun' to deep and raw Detroit grooves on the title track 'Vice'.

It's "Illegal Jazz" time again. Toy Tonics head honcho Mathias ‚Kapote' Modica and former OYE Records music impressario Delfonic started to release some of their reworks of rare dance jazz tracks. Made originally for their own DJ sets, then released on two limited EPs. The vinyl were sold out immediately. So they decided to do a next chapter: four reworks of obscure Latin Funk, unheard disco Soul and lot of jazzy vibes in here - not easy to decipher the originals. All tracks have been reworked for DJ buisness - editing, looping, adding drums - with full respect to the original artists. To make dancers hear and feel their vibes again.
