A fellow facebook friend shared one song on his part one late evening and I fell in love with it. I told him that I was gonna try and sample it and he held me to it.. 
I chose so many clips from the song but did not use them all... Maybe I will some other time..

This is just a basic hiphop mixtape type of beat I thought. I've been tryna get back to being simple with the music lately. I have found myself trying so hard to compare myself to what is radio quality that I just to feel it like that.. This simplicity is what I strived for her..

That movie was funny as hell LMAO.. But the White House scene n the movie really cliqued with me.

The marching band concept was inspired by my teacher, old neighbor, and secret mentor Mr. Darrell Watson of Frank W. Ballou Senior High School in Washington DC.

I doubt he may listen to it but hey.. still will give the shoutout

I have had this one particular unreleased track for a couple of years now and finally got to sample it.

The basic concept here was to covey the complex emotions with dealing with love one (the love/hate aspect)

In the 3rd verse... The beat intentionally comes close to silence, depicting a certain level of inner turmoil.

I think this beat can be used as a rap or an r&b track.

I originally started making this track for an unsatisfied artist. However, the beat shifted towards the personality of one of my Best friends, Lateea. 

Lateea is a light hearted, quirky but fun character to be around. She was finds a way to either crack a joke to make me laugh or bomb a joke so bad that I can't help but laugh (well.. couple days later atleast).
