Cycle "Pour ne plus taire" (2e pièce)

Je marche sur des sentiers battus
C'est plein.
Plein de vide et de mots non dits.
C'est là.
Et tu n'entends pas comme c'est.

Cette pièce s'inscrit comme le second volet, électroacoustique, de la pièce documentaire "Pour ne plus taire les jours où". Elle entre en résonance avec une série de paroles de femmes écoutées et collectées autour de l'incorporation du sexisme et de la culture du viol. Elle cherche à faire entendre les strates de silence accumulés depuis des années, à les creuser jusqu'à ce qu'elles percent et laissent jaillir les colères enfouies.

What if the secret life of the machines that surround me every day grew suddenly louder, the way a part of the body cries out for attention whenever pain arises? I began to walk through my new and apparently post-pandemic city, where the quiet streets hummed again, and even the air seemed cut with a new intensity and purpose. This track begins with a late night calling, an uneven pulse, that summons a world of ticking gears and levers, underpinned with dark drones and stretched choral verses, as if despair was the necessary beginning of every joy.
