This is really good, man. Very soothing. Just added to my Generative Ambient Playlist :)

Postures 1

pitched down sample being played back repeatedly via a filter and granular delay/reverb, going into two feedback loops
- one immediately feeds output back to input of rings, which dumps its output back into the filter
- another copy runs via a high pass filter into a delay, with envelope opening at regular intervals, again back into the main signal

recording gradually hands over more emphasis to the feedback signals away from the original sample loop 

some editing in ableton live

My first real foray into generative music... My day job as a statistician means that I'm very happy with probability, chance, randomness and because of that I love the probabilistic tools and plugins within Ableton Live and Max4Live. In this track, everything you hear is generated by tools such as "Dr Chaos", Melodic Probability and Step Divider plugins from the "Probability Pack" from Sonic Faction. All I've done is to mix the parts to provide some variation...
