Simple Love is a common language :)  ok this song from Ylvis is humouristic: https://youtu.be/MCxDJnHiLqs But seriously I made a list of different ways of communicating and the connecting between people who love each others is singular... this is the easiest way to speak without words. It may be family or friends but it does not matter. The connection between each of us is important and with all the technology evolving we are loosing part of it unfortunately. Gosh I remember going outside and yelling accross the street to communicate to my friend living in front of my parent's house. I miss those days. Now we are so on defense and critical of each other and we text more than we speak. We are lucky and don't even see it,but we should. Anyway. I consider myself lucky for being here and thank you Mike Posner for taking time to do those podcasts.  Have a good day and enjoy it to the fullest :) ✌

Mike travels to the Tara Mandala Buddhist Monastery in Pagosa Springs, Colorado to spend one week in isolation.
