Tiger Pt1

This is the song about how I started playing guitar pretty much :)

When I was about seven years old,
I started to play the piano.
I learned two songs – the rest I played I made up on my own.
I couldn’t learn real ones ‘cause I couldn’t read the notes.
My Pap-pap always used to say to me,
always used to give me the same old speech:
he said you should learn to play the guitar

My grandpa Bill played the guitar too.
He had a spare one in the back room.
I don’t know how old it was, I can only assume,
‘cause it has some characteristics that not many new guitars do.
The crack that ran across the back
had a funny story he said:
one day he was playing too loud
and my grandma took the guitar and hit him in the head.
When I came around to seventh grade
I finally picked that guitar up,
but it was too hard to play
so I decided it was enough.
I wasn’t until sophomore year
when I heard Tenacious D,
I thought it there was one song to learn
then “Tribute” was good enough for me.
