This song expresses my emotions and feelings dealing with recent dilemmas I've been facing as a 'social media influencer'
With lines like "Always being haunted by unrealistic standards set by kids -retarded-" addressing that I have such high expectations laid upon me that I just can't seem to fulfill because they are so abnormal and unrealistic. 
I do not condone the use of any drugs, the Ritalin line was simply for the telling of the story, kind of like an Adderall, I'm basically saying when I am in immense focus, I have had the chance to overthink my past and my future, illuminating so many of my mistakes and missteps I've guided to fruition. Especially allowing for such an ego to grow, my achievements have felt so belittling compared to the litany of other creators who have surpassed me with simplistic ideas. I have been rich but I've never quite felt the fit. It's to the point where if a hundred thousand dollars were placed upon my lap it would feel like a paperclip, because the world around me has shown that you are in fact, the same person with or without money. So when money does come around, I will use it as an opportunity to better the lives of those around me hence the line 'get the check and make it rain, on my occasion' showering those who've been by my side. Even deeper in the song I address the topic of having a life only some may dream of (money, fame) and how it is not the path for one who can't overcome the past and move forward. Comparing your younger self to the new and not so improved version of yourself will only result in dissatisfaction. You will never top or overcome a past achievement in the world I reside in, or at least I can not, as the industry grows so rapidly with new talent out of the woodworks. The inflation is a correlation between the uselessness of money, as well as the uselessness of acquired fame. I hope you can listen to this song and hear beyond what the words are saying but hear the feeling and meaning behind them. The anger, sadness, and utter defeat I felt in the making of this song.
