I imagined writing this song as  a message to the listener - that they know who and where they’re supposed to be, and I can’t wait to watch them get there. The lyrics can be a message to your past self, your current self, or a loved one.

I originally wrote this song to enter into Finland's selection format for Eurovision, Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu. The song made it to the top 10 out of 491 but didn't get selected to compete. Then I suddenly got dropped by my label. I had a different plan for this song when I wrote it. Now I listen and realize it seems like I too knew all along where I was supposed to be. I couldn’t think of a better song to be my first release as an independent artist. I’ve never been more proud of a song!
