It's time to set sail as the label manager of Navigare Audio navigates his knowledge of music with a passion for nature and creativity. The driving force behind the label's graphical aesthetics, and with roots in the downtempo/-ambient and psychedelic trance scene. He presents a two-hour set recorded in the inception of the label's birth, and with a calm start, it will continue to take you on a journey towards a more deep and driving transcendental experience that slowly fades out in an afterglow vibe.

It’s worth the long wait, especially when it comes to Ambient, don’t rush it - it’s not fast food music. Here at Sofa Beats we love it slowly cooked and that’s what Christian Samsara gave us. Beside being a good friend he is a Danish-born DJ and avid records collector, embarked on his journey into electronic music during his early teenage years. It was during this time that he stumbled upon the ambient genre, which swiftly blossomed into his profound passion and eventually led him behind the decks.
Throughout the course of his DJ career, Christian has graced numerous festivals and events worldwide. Additionally, he has curated countless mixes for well-known podcast channels and shows such as Inveins, Campfire Stories by Silent Season, 꿈 Kkum, Orb Magazine, just to name a few, revealing his expertise in ambient, downtempo, IDM, and deep techno. His mixes are characterized by a unique blend of abstract cinematic soundscapes and intricate layers of organic textures.
In 2015, Christian Samsara became a part of Ultimae Records, his first compilation, "Isolated," was released in 2022 and he currently works on a second chapter to be released in 2024.

This new release proposes a deep contemplative journey, which will delight both fervent amateurs of this genre as well as those seeking new acoustic discoveries. Sysyphe, leading artist from the ambient section of the label, meticulously constructed a compilation oozing with soft, appeasing and enthralling atmospheres. Hadravision II will take you on a ride packed up with emotions. Respecting the label’s customary tradition, international artists such as Olexa, Astropilot, Odiolab and Erot have teamed up with label producers Sleeping Forest, LovPact and Sysyphe himself. Mihalis Aikaterinis, Greek artist, has a natural ability to compose music as ethereal as deeply grounded. With roots in the gothic and cold wave realms and a genuine passion for the electronic scene, he weaves with verve and subtlety finely crafted rhythms and soft melodies. The wide soundscapes, floating atmospheres and resonant themes reveal profound emotions akin to melancholia and hope.

[ Elsewhere ] is a cinematic downtempo, IDM and ambient album presenting 12 tracks including a remixed version of Ominous Ride featured on the [ Ambrosia ] compilation.

Mihalis Aikaterinis is the name behind project Miktek, born in Mytilene, on the island of Lesvos in Greece. Miktek constantly explores various soundscapes, styles, and atmospheres; experimenting on a large scale in electronic music mostly in ambient, IDM and downtempo.
