After smashing the Hype Machine charts last year with his remix of ‘Naughty Boy's – La La La’  alongside Tobtok, Oliver puts his magical touch to Chromeo’s 2010 classic hit ‘Night by Night’. Oliver adds a new twist to this gem with his unique nuDisco beat and classic electric synths that we all love to hear! 

Talking about why Oliver chose ‘Chromoe Night by Night’, Oliver replies:

“I love Chromeo, they have given me so much inspiration and I love their sound to death. I have always wanted to work with David Macklovitch's voice and ‘Night by Night’ is my favourite of the bunch, I wanted to give it a little O.N. touch!”

Oliver has had an amazing start to 2014 with three official huge remixes to come. In the next few weeks we will be announcing some huge gigs so you can catch him DJ'ing live.
2014 is sure to be the year of the Nelson.

With his second EP, ‘A Thousand Secrets’, Apanemic creates a mosaic of various sounds, reviving the music aesthetics in 60s-70s culture of Greece. Nostalgia clashes with fresh musical paths, elements that entwine together progressively as the EP unfolds, imitating the changing feelings of two lovers. Each track is part of a story. Each title matches the appropriate lyric from the original song sampled. Four tracks, a thousand secrets. A vicious circle as a foundation of a relationship. 

The project truly resembles a crate digging exercise, since it focuses on records that have spent decades being out of the radar. To achieve this, Apanemic has used samples exclusively derived from the original vinyl copies, 33 and 45 rpm., from 50s to late 70s. Αbout 48 different vinyl records were utilized for the whole project.

Featuring the best local musicians from today’s vibrant hip hop – nu jazz – dub – d’n’b – rock scene, Random Trip is the perfect meeting point for all who love free, experimental music. 
Various under- and overground vocalists and instrumentalists from leading Hungarian bands get together week by week at A38 Ship, and sometimes in other major cities and music festivals for a late-night jam session.

Random Trip spans across various music styles like funk, soul, disco, hip-hop, drum'n'bass, nu jazz, rock’n’roll etc., with local and sometimes international musicians joining constant members Delov Jávor (drums) and DJ Q-Cee (scratch, beatbox). 
Such great musicians have joined the line-up so far like Peter Legath (Count Basic), Brandon Fields (Tower of Power, George Benson, Dave Weckl Band, etc.), Schradinova /NL/, Timo Lassy (Five Corners Quintet), BigJohn Whitfield /USA-A/ and iLLspokinn /USA/ - even Dub FX /AUS/ popped in once.

The Hungarian-born Milan Szavics with Serbian origin at his father's side has been active in the profession since 1998; he belongs to the DJs that had to go through the ladder of success from the bottom. Things, in fact worked like that in those days. You did not just become a DJ from one day to another; there were no synchronizing buttons, laptops, DJ software, midi controllers in the counter.

He had the opportunity to learn from Bigi Boy, an outstanding disk jokey of the DJ community of Szeged at the time, thanks to the contribution of his childhood friend, "Light Tomi". They had been to several clubs around the country, which was an excellent opportunity for practising in order to acquire the skills of this profession. They had been spinning the music of current hits from vinyl exclusively, the CD player got a role in the DJ counter only later on. He mainly played current hits, respectively nostalgic music at the beginning of his career. He learned he basics and mixing techniques on these musics. His musical spectrum is very wide; he can find the most suitable ones for himself in each type of music. This kind of universal aspect of him is displayed in his DJ mixes and musics as well. 

The electronic world of music, of course spilled over his everyday life quickly. Together with his friend, Light Tomi they staged their first independent club evening in the town of sunshine, Szeged in 2002 entitled as DarkBeats, where they liked playing the latest and best progressive house tunes by their choice. In addition to the DJ counter, the science of making music got a serious role as well. Most of his free time is filled up with this activity by now. He's been developing himself in both areas in a parallel way.

He made excellent remixes during the past years, some proportion of which became public and some of them remained in the drawer. He had some serious successes as an "electronic music maker", re-mixer. The director of the Szeged Contemporary Dance Company, Tamás Juronics, who is a Kossuth Prize-winning choreographer contacted him in 2009 for the sake of a joint working. The work was to make and edit the music material of the play entitled as the Sleeping Beauty, the co-production of the Szeged Contemporary Dance Company and the National Dance Theatre. Their joint work did not stop here with the Kossuth-Prize winning director. He got the assignment of making the musical montage of the play entitled as Philosophy of bodies in 2010. Then they prepared the highly successful play entitled as Rite in 2013.
