This EP is part of a wider research project that aims to explore the creative relationship between humans and AI in the context of music production. More specifically, it aims to examine the role of AI as a compositional tool/technique and its other possible applications in areas such as sound design; ultimately looking at how AI can contribute to the creative process and what effect it has on the role of producer.

As such, during the production of this EP I drew from a range of AI tools to generate musical source material; I then manipulated and processed this material and used it as creative inspiration and as part of my greater workflow.

I'm trying to post more consistently now and I think the way to do that is for me focus on individual tracks rather than grand EPs. 

I'm thinking I might release a compilation mixtape soon though to get around this, so I can focus on standalone tracks but still put out some sort of project. 

Who knows... maybe some type of 'assorted / selected works' thing coming soon x
