I'm a sucker for punishment.
These words are a testament to
the cigarette burns on my chest.
Like medals from a war.
Despite what you believe
I'd like less spite with my sweetness. 

She said "I love you pieces,
but we can never be friends."
She said "I'll love you more than the next man
who creeps in my bed."

I looked her in the eyes and then I said;

"Would you do me wrong tonight?
I am a thorn, you've got the side.
Do you leave here with this itch 
that tells you I am not the one?
Would you do me wrong if I
was a thorn stuck in your side?
I'd leave you with this gift 
of hopeless thoughts and move along."

Any Other Day

Miles is an artist with many facets and dimensions but his authenticity and commitment to sharing his story, permeates through all he does. Being meticulous and thoughtful,  he acts with intention meaning that any extension of artistry will undoubtedly reflect that. Miles Pascall has graced many stages playing drums for Wilkinson, Karen Harding, COSHA, Mila Falls and his musicianship is a part of him he aims to bring to any of his work. When it comes to his own music, Miles chooses not to hide behind grandiose production, instead he decides to strip everything back so that only the rawest emotions remain. His words weave magic and evoke deep feeling, to hear him is to hear his story and his experiences. Miles’s dedication to his community as a former youth worker and educator is part of his driving force, his desire it to connect and inspire and ultimately remain true to himself.

I find a lot of my likes on the BBC Introducing Mixtape and I collect as many of the tracks as possible into a Monthly package.
