M.I.L.F. - Babe (I'm being insane)

This time its not "Mother I'd Like to Fuck" we are talking about, but the Hard Rock band from Florence called "Make It Long 'n Fast".
In 2010 M.I.L.F.’s story begins as a fresh and exciting project, involving a mix of Hard Rock, Glam-Metal and Punk music!
As their creative music became recognised, they performed in increasingly widespread places and their audiences began to grow.
At their live shows they usually play some covers from bands which have influenced them such as AC/DC, Motley Crue and Backyard Babies.
Till last year there were 5 members, including a second guitarist of untamed talent, but a sequence of unlucky events caused the band to carry on with just one.
Now the band consists of Matt Lombardo (lead singer and keyboards), Zip Faster (rhythmic and solo guitar), Ciccio (rhythmic guitar & backing vocal), Dany Dread (bassist) and Toby Alley(drummer and backing vocal).
The guys are still working on their music album and they are very soon to start recording it.

Tutto inizio' nel novembre 2010, quando Zip Faster, abbandonati gli Hogans' Alley, decide di ripartire con una nuova band.
Lo stile scelto, sia musicalmente che scenograficamente parlando, è un mix di glam metal, rock n'roll, hard rock, garage e punk.
Fin da subito Zip viene affiancato nella ricerca di altri musicisti dal Ciccio, bassista di provenienza punk, già reduce da altre esperienze musicali.
I due decidono di chiamare la band "M.I.L.F.(make it long n' fast)", con l'obiettivo di differenziarsi dalla palese associazione al termine inglese di cui tutti conoscono il significato.

Dopo una lunga selezione, vengono scelti Matt Lombardo alla voce, Luke all'altra sei corde e Toby Alley alla batteria.

Per tutto il 2011, i cinque hanno affrontato vari live sparsi per il centro Italia, ottenendo ottimi riscontri di pubblico e critica.

Nell'estate 2012, viene registrato allo Studio Emme di Calenzano il primo EP autoprodotto di cinque tracce, Let's Roll, rilasciato il 10 Novembre a Firenze.

Il 15 Febbraio 2013, dopo una lunga e sofferta decisione che porta al congedo di Luke, viene ufficializzato un cambio di formazione: Sammy Boy è la nuova seconda chitarra dei M.I.L.F.

Nel frattempo l'attività live si intensifica portando la band ad aprire a gruppi come Rain e Smelly Boggs, e contemporaneamente a scrivere altre tre nuove canzoni.

Purtroppo l'esperienza con Sammy ha breve durata: difatto il 23 Maggio i quattro originali decidono di continuare la strada senza quest'ultimo viste le numerose divergenze di vedute per il futuro.

Dopo i primi mesi dell'anno dedicati completamente alla registrazione dell'album di esordio, il 2015 live riparte con la partecipazione al Rock@Home Festival assieme a band del calibro di Pino Scotto e Punkreas.
