Oh me likes the minimal techno bell loop here!

...and the acid squelches are extra cool.

I like the slapstick like groove of this one fits the whole deranged child show vibe perfectly. Thumbs up!

DD PODCAST 012 - FOZ - MID NOUGHTIES MINIMAL VINYL MIX

20 YEARS TODAY SUNDAY 1st MAY 2005 WAS THE 1st EVER DIRTY DISCO 

To celebrate I’ve finally got round to recording this mix, I’ve been planning to it for a while, its a masterpiece if i do say so myself, when Dirty Disco started CDJs were starting to take over so I did buy a few records around this time but like everyone kinda stopped buying vinyl. However in lockdown I got a bit addicted to buying from around 2004-2007 in lockdown and tried to collect all the best tracks from when Dirty Disco started and found some right gems and random b sides and thought it would be good to bring it out with it being our 20th year and bringing it out on the day it started seems like the perfect day and the sun is shining beautifully today!

So it’s a bit of a long one, just under 5 hours, good after party tackle. Especially on a sunny day and bank holiday ahead of us it’s all vinyl and some are a bit old so a few skips, jumps, crackles. 

HUGE thanks to Bobby ODonnell for spending hours mastering it. 

Recorded live in MiNT Warehouse on a cold Tuesday night so big shout to Lewis Smart and Will Gibson for spending 5 hours with me letting me do that also.
