Bystander is a Moroccan DJ and producer based in Paris, known for his unique techno sound that crosses cultural boundaries. He has performed alongside notable artists such as DVS1, Bjarki, and Ellen Alien, establishing himself as a prominent figure in Paris's techno scene. Additionally, he founded Tarab Records, a label that reflects his passion for innovative music and highlights the tribal and hypnotic elements of techno inspired by his diverse background and experiences.

This recording is a reflection of my artistic philosophy as a musician and DJ. I tell a story that combines depth and light-heartedness. Music is serious and important as a craft. It's a universal language all of us intuitively understand. But at the same time music should be enjoyed with an open mind, without any preconceptions or expectations. Here I combine the things I love the most about music: commanding and powerful low frequencies, abstract and emotional sound design and textured rhythms. All of that being heavily inspired by my love for the clubs, dancefloors and the wonderful communities they create.
