In 1999, Mr. Woolsey bought an FBO in Houston, Texas. The FBO sold the least quantity of fuel at Houston Hobby Airport, and had never held a single city or industry award. Under Mr. Woolsey’s leadership and vision, the FBO at Houston Hobby Airport, owned by Woolsey Aviation, Inc. d/b/a Million Air – Houston, now places in the United States’ Top 10 FBOs, outsells the five competitors at Houston Hobby Airport, and has been nominated several times as one of “Houston’s Top 50 Best Places to Work.
