Sound Of Renaissance hits another milestone and enters its ‘middle-aged years’ with another monthly installment of musical goodness. Fittingly, our labels are represented by a roster of returning family members, alongside two debuts: Fec, Omer Bar and Gal Kinnel keep their flags flying, whilst Agustin Giri and Last Men On Earth join the fold. 

From the big, wider electronic world we spotlight the usual cavalcade of top-tier talent. Jamie xx, WhoMadeWho, Mind Against, Notre Dame, Kadosh, Basti Grub, Beanfield, Charles Webster and Mulya are just some of the names who make it into the mix.

Classical Dubstep

So I just sat down and hit record and played some lovely old renaissance favorites from around 25 years ago (don't pull me if they're not, it was unplanned and freestyling). As they're all my vinyl rips there's the odd wobble here and there! I guess that's the original beauty of vinyl...it isn't BPM perfect.
It's the first mix I've done live since changing to Pioneer Rekordbox and DDJ-RX controller. I hope you enjoy it x

Renaissance 25 Year Anniversary Mix 2

Tried my hand at music similar to Avicii's. It turned out really well so I called it my brother's "graduation present." The title is an inside joke; me and my brother always call each other fat even though we're both all-state cross country and track runners.
