Timur Gonza aka Mimikron was born in the USSR. Since childhood he listened to such iconic supergroups as Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, Prodigy and Yello. It had great influence on his musical taste. Later he discovered the world of electronic dancefloor-oriented music and fell in love with it. Participated in the underground club movement since 1996. In 2002 he moved to Norway where he began his club career as a dj together with Vasiok. They formed project called The Monokidz.
Playing mostly techno, electro and minimal of many kinds. Sometimes space disco and deep house. Trying always to play eclectic sets to surprise his audience.
