A collection of songs from 2003 - 2009. 
These were  mostly recorded on old 8/16 track machines or using Cubase, Adobe Audition or Sonar. It is pretty obvious from these recordings that I am just learning about home studio hardware/ software and production, but the quality of some of the song writing is good.

Information overload, I don’t think I can take much more
Need some inspiration, someone please pick me up off the floor

THE GIFT

We feel the pull of the tide deep inside and it tears us apart.

Hi, my name is Jay Farquhar. I write and record my own original music at my home studio. My music tends to have the spirit of progressive rock - I really just like to experiment with different styles and production to see what I can achieve. I hope you get something from my music.
