Where Did You Come From?  From the grimy depths of a talented man...  A man who goes by Gall!  This Suspense EP is one of pure beauty in it's glitchy exploration of new forms and detailed sounds...  Sounds that marry in Togetherness to complete the spectrum and illuminate.

This 3 Track Suspense EP is an Electronica / Tech House / Melodic Techno mini-album inspired by Alfred Hitchcock's movies, which are full of anxiety, anticipation and uncertainty. In the tracks you can hear dialogues from 'Psycho', 'Birds' and 'North by Northwest'.

Private Traps is a strong and bold piece with underlying tones and it sets the scene for the rest...  If I were to imagine an image, the cover would be it!

It's a true representation of the type of works that Mind Field Records embraces and supports.  No doubt the debut of many from an immersed artist.  We hope that you enjoy this EP as much as us!

Ekkobot is one of those producers who has that special mysterious something…  Organic complex sounds that somehow roll along fairly simply and smoothly.  Often making use of analogue sounding style ARP's, this EP is lively and very analogue feeling.  Whack The Feral has a really natural feel and it seems as if we're confronting our inner demons when we hear it.  The Feral voice inside is singing its song - slightly haunted but emotionally rich!  Buffer Effect has great melodic techno parodies with it's omnipresent analogue baseline and great rolling percussive effects and textures.  A great mover.  While Abstinance has that more classic dance floor feel for a good warehouse party…  Throbbing and progressive emotional melodic techno!  Cracking sounds once again from Mind Field's Ekkobot and fine follow up EP from 'The Monkey Inside Us' released earlier this year!

Powerful and extremely appealing is this release from Gullen...

Perfect sound choices that are intricately mixed and balanced together to provide an EP that is again a cut above the mainstream techno and house bore.  This music is unique and unusual with melody and emotion but still has the drive to get people going on the dancefloor.

Motion with its dominant and guiding bassline that sits central to the surrounding percussive sounds... Careful samples and a brilliant breakdown making this a definite building track for any record bag...

Bergen with its shear originality and uplifting emotional deep sounds...  

With a very tidy remix from Melodule, a man who has worked with Van Did and Romulus on labels like Grrreat Recordings and Fever, there is no doubting the magnitude of the sounds within this Bergen EP.

You Crawl is following a more familiar 4/4 throb but still has this diverse and expressive percussion...  Topped off with a smooth warm vocal make this another gem among many!

Tethys provides a wonderful leftfield approach in his remix of You Crawl...  Great use of effects and a deep, rich tone.

With releases coming on Traum and past releases on Blendwerk, Gullen is another special signing to Mind Field Records.  Another feather in the cap!  The music should speak for itself and the Bergen EP should not get lost in the abyss of average music...

Master of melodies and owner of label The Beauty of Melody Recordings is Booiamrudolf with his very natural, harmonic and musical interpretation of the original. Booiamrudolf works closely with Mind Field as a friend with similar feelings and ideals in his music...

Nicholas D (Mind Field Records own) takes us down a more extreme Analogue sounding path with a craving pulse to dance into a world of techno utopia...

Marten Sundberg strips it back for the dance floor purists who still like to go a bit deeper than the norm.... Wonderful classic sounds for a man of high achievement and releases on labels such as Kompakt, Mooseekaa & Bullfinch.

What about the experimentation and envelope pushing... Anyway, I made this edit because I love the vibe of the track but wanted to give it that random edge that the chemical brothers can also do so well.. Crescendo ending of course :) I hope you like it....

We kick start 2016 with this nice powerful, melodic winter warmer from Bessiff!  Jimmy Bessiff is a French producer with a warm passionate sound & a string of fine releases...  
Mind Field enters it's 5th year in the magic music making business and this release highlights what will be a huge year.

Depakine is a smooth flowing melodic techno tune with genuine emotion and carefully crafted harmonic builds.

The Dangur Remix is top notch and a must have - a near perfect reinterpretation of the original with such great energy and a tightly mixed sound.  The sounds of a married couple out of Israel can be a beautiful thing :)

Then we have of course the superb deep melodic sounds from Vladimir Platine who's doing some defining stuff in this tightly knit musical realm of the more melodic sounding Techno.  This Belgian man is no stranger with releases on labels like Inlab Recordings, Ideological Records & Faites leur des disques.

Alex Vax & Tomer Rahmiel make up what is now the wonderful Mantom with their smooth and delicate electronic sounds...

A completely different and much more musical approach than what they have done previously as Alex Vax and Tomer. This is real music with a chance to sink into something more natural and beautiful without the usual incessant dance beat. Mantom is likely at the beginning of something special with their live talents and musical chemistry really coming together to produce music that is somewhat uncharted in the electronic / live collaboration realm.

Revelation is a gentle piece that makes you want to close your eyes and imagine a better world with a beautiful piano line that lies at the core.
Both Deviated and Retro Active are even more subtle with a distinct lo-fi feel and sound. Deviated leaves you delving into the depths of its mysterious layers... filled with colour and emotion. Retro Active has glimmers of a Max Cooper style beat and sound but remains entirely unique as it maps again the landscape of something very true to life.

Mind Field Records launches another highly talented artist into orbit with this subtle and deeply infused EP from Dutch producer Falck (Micha de Valk).

It progresses along effortlessly with warm rich melodic elements that will raise those tiny hair follicles on end as we drive through a very certain set of feelings and emotions.  

Betuma - A burst of energy and carefully crafted automations on a warm, distinct layer of Moog sounding bass and clever percussion and progressive evolving melodies...  A melodic hook that penetrates deep.

Contradiction - A groovy bass mover with careful progression and beautiful pads that come in just at the right moments.

Lacking Soul - Again, the bass is masterful and driving with definite direction...  Eery pads and soul seducing melodies make this one true to its name - Wonderful tune with huge potential!

Lights - let the lights shine...  A vocoded vocal sets this one off into lush sounding pad layers and an epic intro...  This one is as gentle as it is clever.

The Lights EP is a fine debut for artist Falck and another gem in a now long list of groundbreaking Mind Field Records releases.  Underground melodic electronica at its finest.

Connecting the dots of the universe is often mesmerising...  Masella is an artist who ponders the stars and the melodies of the earth and how we connect to them...  Carefully crafted techno rhythms with an ascending melodic core.

Meissa is an energetic and well poised take on our mysterious lives and the connections we exist for...  Techno with an element of deep thought or the curiosity of what lies beyond...  

Even on a primitive rhythmical level, there's no doubt that music is a powerful uniting force...  These 4 Tracks:  Meissa, Casiopea, Benetnasch & Altair share a very united feeling among them and do make you wish that we all took a step back and looked at the stars more often.

There comes a time when French Melodic Techno is just the ticket to get those quirky dancefloor emotions flowing freely in their essence....  Mind Field Records welcomes Otoktone to the label with release number 48... 
Otoktone has a distinctly tight and well produced sound and they are capable of reaching out across numerous genres.  Mind Field has been observing from the sidelines for some time and trying to pick out some of the Otoktone elements that fit with the ethos.
Chat Noir - is gentle and flows along in an endless warm wave...  Something to ponder and to pick up spirits.  Not unlike the classic sounds of French producers Worakls or N'to.
Mola - is more of a peak time number with hints of a Bodzin sound... A rich and pure melodic techno groover with a powerful crescendo ending.
Irys - is a  blast from the past with very out of the ordinary sounds combined with a Tejada style minimal groove.  This one keeps the diversity across the EP and ties it together and a fine example of what these producers can do.

Temperat is a project born purely from an intense passion of electronic music with a strong melodic focus.  Consequently, it's no wonder that Mind Field Records has carefully picked out yet another talented producer to look out for - doing that something a little bit more emotional and a little bit to the left of the norm.  

Silky EP is perhaps the beginning of many as Temperat focuses his energy into what he finds pure...   

The title EP Track - Silky - is a dreamy atmospheric piece with an unmistakable sweet melody & vibrant progressive build...  A genuine vibe that feels right for our Zeitgeist.  

 Track 1 on the EP - Oîa - is instead is a little harder with a deep focused baseline and powerful melodic arpeggiation that leads us to our imagined happy dance floor destination.  An uplifting pulse that feels very motivating.

This Rome born producer (real name: Luca) has always been close to Techno music and to parties in his Italian capital. Luca began his approach to the underground world producing under the alias of Art - since 2007 for various international record labels.

Falck is back with large doses of euphoric excitement... This is a simply wonderful stargazing EP with pure flowing, fun-filled twists and turns. It's all about the melodies and there's something in this music that keeps you coming back for more and more... The vibe seems just right as we immerse our souls into a world of precarious direction and poor leadership... Perhaps the grass is greener on the other side... The other side being, in this case, Mars!

Micha de Valck aka Falck is a very welcome member of the Mind Field family and this Ep was kept on the back burner for some time. While advancing his sound into other directions, Mind Field's Label Manager, Nicholas D (Nick D'Ombrain) was torn when Falck sent him a whole lot of new material because he knew that there was something special in the inner workings of this EP. Something quite timeless. So it is important that these 4 gems do in fact see the light of day as an EP - as they were intended.

Featuring Space Agent, Eclipse, The Lost Gull and the more instrumental Applepie, there is something in this Ep to get the hair standing and those Goosebumps out in full swing. The percussion is kept fairly minimal and simple, while the melodies ascend our thoughts into alternative layers of the Earth's atmospheres...

Eva has an intricate and developed sound that is not too distant from the likes of Rival Consoles, Max Cooper or Ben Lukas Boysen.   But of course it remains unique and only shares a similar tonal depth.
It is a joy to listen to and you will no doubt discover new finite details each time you meander through, finding more and more colours dispersed within the layers...  

It's an EP with a wide reach to those needing a little inspiration of that something a little more penetrating or resonant with the world that we live in... The colours of light and the colours of darkness all need representing because music is and should always be a way of looking at what we truly believe in and also uniting us as the universal language in a damaged world.  

Mind Field Records has had a few other focuses of late but is proudly back with this stunning Dispersion EP from Russian artist Eva (Nikolay Zaslavsky). 

This EP will appeal to the IDM, Melodic Techno & Electronica fans alike...  It is about music with emotion and meaning and it does not need a category.

Mind Field was in a dark coma over the Berlin winter as the ice clad walls of Berghain throbbed against the falling snowflakes…  This intense yet relevant EP featuring a real creative mind - Fabrizio Nocci - is what MFR has to show for it.  Here's a man who understands the deep, dark techno textures as though he was born amidst them…  As you listen to these pulsating sounds you will realise that his 'Heimat' or his home is one of seismic expression within the early morning concrete confines,  and techno just makes sense.  Fabrizio is not just a techno aficionado but also active with Experimental Electronica (as per Sinfonia Notturna)  and many pioneering Orchestral Compositions!  Mind Field is happy to have such a contributor to the greater community on board…  You'll find Fabrizio doing many things around Berlin and beyond:  festival of lights Berlin, innovative sound design for 3d projection mapping and inspirational live techno…  This sound should appeal to those with pure techno roots or a love of experimental!
