Hollow Scene kicks off this fine EP with dreamy deep house beats and lush, spine tingling chords. They wash over you like waves on a hot day and are full of heart aching emotion. Dala is a more percussive number with gentle toms and congas peppering the groove and rubbery beats rolling deep under lush chords. Last of all, Hollow Scene (The Mekanism Remix) is a super rework with fresh synths bringing light and soul to the warm, cuddly groove. It's perfect for back rooms and real house heads.

Birds Of Mind link up with Kirik for their new You Gonna Make It EP on their own MINDGAME Records and enlist Kirik for a superb remix.

Birds of Mind are a French duo who are mainstay of the underground and known for their richly organic and atmospheric sounds. They’ve also had another epic residency this summer at Void Mykonos.

Their opener 'You Gonna Make It' is a deep house cut with shimmering chords and a gorgeously aching vocal sample drifting through the mix next to the lush synth work. Ukrainian Kirik runs several of his own labels and takes things into dreamy sunset territory with his majestic piano chords wallowing over the crisp tech beats. Kiss Me is then a collab between the two of them and keeps things classy and deep with another late night house groove full of warmth and soulful synths, well placed samples and jazzy melodies. A dub version is also included to close out a fine package.

This is another artful offering from MINDGAME Records.
