To celebrate 20 years of building Labyrinths, we have decided to release one set from each of the last ten years. I've chosen ten timeless moments that both document the history of the event and provide a historical snapshot of underground electronic music over the past ten years.

We have chosen a broad range--from closing techno sets, to morning ambient sets, to experimental sets to close the night. Each set represents a different side of the event. Taken together, they present a portrait of a decade of music.

The Labyrinthの20周年を記念して、過去10年間を振り返り、それぞれの年からひとつのミックスをピックアップすることにしました。イベントの歴史を記録すると同時に、過去10年間のアンダーグラウンドエレクトロニックミュージックの歴史的なスナップショットを提供します。今聞いても色褪せない、タイムレスな極上のミックスをお楽しみください。

テクノのクロージングセットから、朝のアンビエントセット、そして夜を締めくくるエクスペリメンタルセットまで幅広いセレクトですが、どのセットもThe Labyrinthの欠かせない側面を表しており、ここ10年におけるエレクトロニック ミュージックの全容とも言えるでしょう。

This recording is from the final morning of The Labyrinth 2022, Monday October 10, at Hodaigi Campground, Gunma, Japan.

Hiyoshi opened at 9:00 a.m., and then John Elliott followed with a one-hour Imaginary Softwoods live set. Instead of presenting these as two different sets, we are sharing as a single recording to represent the morning as it actually transpired, and as it was intended.

This is for all of you who could not join us last year, and all of you who were still recovering from the night before and didn't make it to the floor in time to catch these beautiful, peaceful hours.

As always from Mindgames, this recording is high-fidelity, high-resolution sound. Please enjoy.

この音源は、昨年のLabyrinthの最終日、10月10日(月)の朝、群馬県の宝台樹キャンプ場で録音された。

午前9時にHiyoshiがオープニングを飾り、John ElliottがImaginary Softwoodsとして1時間のライブセットを披露したが、この2つのセットを別々に紹介するのではなく、ひとつのセットとして共有することで、意図した通りの素晴らしい朝の流れを感じてもらいたい。

昨年参加できなかった皆さん、参加したにも関わらず、前夜のダメージからの回復が間に合わずにこの美しく平和な時間を体験できなかったみなさんも是非。

また、通常通りではあるが、Mindgamesの音源はHi-Fi、ハイレゾ音源で提供している。

For our 99th edition, we’re honoured to host Belgian producer Owl, whose meditative mix feels like a balm for overstimulated minds. Known for his collaborations as Glÿph (with Clearlight) and OZOH, Owl has been crafting deep sonic journeys since 2013 - seamlessly blending ambient, autonomic, and deep techno into a sound that’s as introspective as it is expansive.

With releases on some of our favorite labels like Silent Season, re:st, Lowless, and Huinali, Owl is a master of subtle textures and emotions. His mix for Unrush gently guides you through beautiful soundscapes and soothing atmospheres - the perfect companion to unwind, reset, and breathe a little deeper. It might just become your best friend in stressful times.

We’re taking a short summer break and will return in September with our 100th mix. Until then, let Owl’s sound world carry you through the quieter moments...
