I'm told of greener pastures and perfect lives that they lead on the other side. While I'm stuck here tilling on infertile land, as my crop fields gather dust. But the testament that I set in stone keeps me up until morning light, sweating blood until something sprouts.

Corporations and concrete blocks rise and tower over us. As the streets are engulfed in a deluge of traffic that's built in afterthought.
