What a fantastic year 2013 has been for Sudbeat with great music from Guy J, Chaim, Egbert, Pig & Dan, Petar Dundov, Ulrich Schnauss Hernan Cattaneo & Soundexile  and many more top producers, plus our first artist album from Guy Mantzur and also the launch of the Sudbeats series, and the brand new online store sudbeatstore.spinshop.com.
So to the first release of 2014, we bring up hot new music from the Frankfurt born, Berlin based DJ & producer Martin Roth.
As a classically trained pianist Martin spend most of his time at home in the studio making music and he has a number of cool deep and textured grooves.
He has released music on Get Physical and Anjunadeep and his tracks and remixes have been continually supported by the likes of Sasha, Solomun, John Digweed, Eric Prydz and  Photek. 
For this release on Sudbeat he delivers two tracks: 'Suite 909' is a hypnotic deep intense number with its rising pads creating a moody yet uplifting atmosphere before the synth stabs land giving a timeless feel and a stripped back journey that encapsulates your mind.
On remix duties we went to Sahar Z, one of the best DJs and producers from Israel and co-owner of the legendary The Cat & Dog in Tel Aviv. His remix is a percussive layered gem that utilizes the pads from the original but with a chunky twist  that teases and wraps your senses around this hot remix.
Closing the package we have 'Epic Waves'. A subtle soothing enduring voyage that floats along effortlessly, before the sub by baseline lifts the feeling elevating it to heavenly warmth.
As you'd expect from Sudbeat, another superb release that will certainly be ticking a lot of boxes for many djs around the globe.

https://soundcloud.com/mitch_oliver has cemented himself as a pillar of XYZ's artistic direction over the last few years. He's caressed two of the imprint's most emblematic tracks to date. Same Light seized attention with a remix from the one-and-only Hernan Cattaneo, before the sensational Alleghanys skyrocketed to global applause. His Exil EP continued his bespoke impact on the label, and now we pass him the wheel on our seminal series - Oppo.

Oppo gives full creative control to the producer, who essentially functions as the label head on the project. Curating sounds from artists around the world who've influenced his journey thus far, as well as a pristine production of his own, Mitch Oliver presents a project that fully represents his tastes as an artist.

On the A-side, Mitch connects with Carl Sylvestre with an instant classic. 'When You Run' cuts deep into the groove, providing soaring emotive energy with sensational vocal work.

Label favorites https://soundcloud.com/deathonthebalcony return to XYZ on the B-side. 'One Big Circle' captures all that we love about the British duo, harnessing timeless house tones with blissful spoken word.

Germany's Flowers on Monday continues the backbone of Oppo - deep melodic movement with crisp basslines carrying the groove from start to finish. 'Dream On' is a delightful offering from two of the scenes finest gents.

Mexico's https://soundcloud.com/eduardomcgregor will be well known to the When We Dip family, as he's been an essential artist on our TOR imprint. He comes correct with playful percussion and swaying synthetic sounds on 'The Hunter'.

https://soundcloud.com/davidorinmusique is back! The New Yorker never fails to provide the magic. 'Turquoise' welcomes an Eastern edge, as soothing and surreal vibes rise with an underlying quality that is omnipresent with Orin's work.

Closing out this prolific project is a collaboration between https://soundcloud.com/bodaishin & https://soundcloud.com/lupe-republic. 'Oceans' features NiN, with chopped vocal cuts balancing dreamy delights to ease us out of Oppo.

In the wake of acclaimed singles ‘Points Beyond’, ‘Wake Me Up’ and ‘Melodies’ the innovative trio finally share their much anticipated second artist album ‘Hardly A Day, Hardly A Night’.

In 2016 they released their debut album ‘Brainsugar’. Accumulating over 40 million streams, the album won praise from Mixmag, Resident Advisor, Consequence of Sound and DJ Mag, who described it as “a startlingly accomplished debut” in their 9/10 review.

The electronic trio now presents ‘Hardly A Day, Hardly A Night’. Inspired by the cycles of time, and the cyclical movements of the planets, the new 12 track record weaves together themes of loss, hope, and acceptance. Showcasing their remarkable production techniques and textured sound design throughout the album, Cubicolor continues their unconventional rise to the upper ranks of the electronic music world.
