Ritual-Devotion

This delta meditation track by Craig Tice is designed to take you deeper than the track, Submerge Level 1 which is included with the Kasina.  It targets 3 Hz, and according to the author, "With theta dreaming now unlikely but while you're still likely to remain awake, this session is useful for finding misplaced memories".

This series is from Craig Tice, and is "designed to facilitate deep exploration of the extraordinary modes of thought accessible when alpha and/or theta are dominant.  The basic imagery is that of a rain forest... LWD uses strong stimulus, blanking sounds (running water) and linear thought disrupting noise spikes."  Craig suggests following this session with Lost Worlds Peace - 1 to consolidate your experience.

This track was created to push the limits of what the Kasina can do, by continuously embedding one set of frequencies inside another. 

All of the light and the sound pulses are "double modulated" - rapidly vibrating at 40hz whilst also pulsing at rejuvenating alpha/beta frequencies.
