Little did Alex know when he started compiling music for his friends in his teenage years, that only a few years later while beginning to explore vinyl and digital ways of mixing, his real journey in music began. He spent many years in Asia, practicing and teaching KungFu, believing that knowing yourself is the ultimate tool. About two decades later, Alex is still on this path, constantly shaping his signature sound. Various labels like Kosa, Suprematic, Shango Records and Zolotaya Orda have released his music. From deep, active sound to funky grooves; there are no genre limitations for him. It’s about simplicity, the smiles, the atmosphere, the moments everybody shares. His aspiration is to connect people — with one another, with the music and with themselves.

ITAI is a multi-instrumentalist, performer, DJ, and producer. He has forged a unique path for himself, layering sounds from his background in piano & saxophone, his childhood in the Middle East, and a new found love for electronic music, to create completely original sets 100% live and on the spot. Since he started releasing music in 2020, ITAI has released multiple EP’s and collaborations on leading labels such as: Buddha Bar, Camel Riders, Talavera Record, LHNDIKN and more. His debut album (A Trip To Idyllwild) quickly climbed to the #1 spot on the Beatport charts. ITAI is currently completing his 2nd album, to be announced in early spring of 2023. In 2018 ITAI founded a series of gatherings simply called “ITAI & Friends”.
