To celebrate my first time visiting and performing in Scandinavia this October (and my love of Halloween and spooky season!) I spent the recent heatwave with the curtains closed, soaking up the rich, magical, darkness of Scandinavian horror folklore! I’ve conjured up four new dark narratives in celebration of the turn of the season and teamed up once again with musical warlock Ed Harcourt to bring you ‘Hypnagogia’ – an auditory horror show, featuring the dulcet tones of esteemed actor David Morrissey; acting as our very own Vincent Price. Expect to hear stories of nightmare demonesses, monsters lurking underwater, the goddess of decay off for a night on the town, and terrifying illuminations luring loved ones into the forest… It’s a musical mixed bag of everything from thrashing rock to spooky synths, to David Lynch and Tim Burton inspired cinematic soundscapes.

"Magic" is a 90s-something, guitar-driven alt-pop track that highlights the willing, yet often unintelligent resignation of one's trust in people and things that are glaringly and obviously untrue. The track explores WHY we find much hardship in walking away from that which destroys us.
