Lucky for us, Linear System has concocted the perfect combination of tracks to soundtrack these midnight wormholes. 5 tracks that navigate the realms of dark, brooding Techno, aided by resonant textures, chirping foley and ultimately a cavernous groove administered with surgical precision.

This release wouldn’t be complete without Atisbo’s take on “Permanent Marker”. Our young resident crafts a remix comprised of broken techno that sounds like plastic melting under the hot martian sun, with solvent fumes emanating in clouds of sonic swathe.

If, much like us, you’re on the lookout for music that feels like the walls are closing in on you, with every pulse rumbling through a building's foundations, GTX18 is for you, replicant.

MindTrip Unveils: Flug's 'Disclosure EP' Prepare to plunge into the depths of sonic exploration as Flug, the visionary from Argentina, resurfaces on MindTrip with his latest opus, the 'Disclosure EP', promising an escape into uncharted territories of sound. Immersed within the vibrant pulse of Barcelona, Sebastian Lopez delves into the realms of auditory innovation, sculpting a landscape where each beat becomes a portal to the unknown. From the core of his studio emerges a fusion of rhythm and ritual, where repetitive beats entwine with mantra-like cadences, blurring the boundaries between reality and transcendence.

As Token gears up for its 126th release, the time has come to invite a label favorite - Inigo Kennedy. The Englishman responsible for Token 1 readies us for three tracks of pure grain and warbling melodies packaged as ‘The Calling’ - a hypnotic yet stomping club record that highlights his unique production style full of character. 

Taking up the entirety of the A side, ‘Magnitude Seven’ pulses itself through the first part of the ep. Melodic yet dissonant as many of Kennedy’s best records, the track calls on a stripped down acid line to support a saturated groove and noisy synthwork. Epic in construction, ‘Magnitude Seven’ comes in waves of unsettling intensity emphasized by a powerful double kick sequence. The B1 takes it up a notch as the title track appropriately named ‘The Calling’. A frantic four to the floor rhythm pushes along sustained notes, settling in a certain pressure. Harmonic sections breathe more life in an otherwise nail biting record that defines the Token sound accurately and Kennedy uses this arrangement to distance himself from the classic loop based template used by most producers in his field today, confirming the ongoing relevance of a longstanding career in club music. Ending with a bit of a twist for most, longtime fans will be unsurprised by the choice to wrap things up with ‘Out of the Woods’ - a fitting electronica closer that departs from ‘The Calling’ with a focus on introspection. Drifting notes and a shuffled percussion line are reminiscent of his UK roots and fit perfectly as an epilogue to his previous techno tracks. Ethereal as ever, Inigo Kennedy offers us another masterclass in out of the box production techniques in soulful electronic music.

Following on from the well received various artists series ‘From the Lab to the Club’, MindTrip 09 sees the return of label boss, Pfirter, with 4 brand new tracks, which encapsulate MindTrip’s musical philosophy perfectly.
The sonic soundscape of ‘Otras Dimensiones’ opens proceedings, layering dark and ambient textures. Tension builds throughout the track and really sets the mood for this record.
Anticipation is finally rewarded by the opening bars of ‘Message 1’. The apparently laid back, dark bassline gives rise to high frequency colour which serves to make this track a building cauldron of devilry, which is unrelenting in its pursuit of evil. This is Pfirter at his brilliant best and demonstrates his inimitable style flawlessly.
The flip side of the EP picks up where the A side left off and opens with ‘Futoro Que No’. The minimal, dancefloor sounds of this eerie track are perfect for the dankest and grimiest of settings.
The final track, ‘Casus Belli’ is a driving statement of refusal to compromise. A powerful, dancefloor techno track whose rich analogue sounds blend together deep, fascinating layers and textures, hypnotising the listener as it ebbs and flows.

Reinvented and relaunched in 2012 under the new name MindTrip.

MindTrip Music was the creation of Buenos Aires born Juan Pablo Pfirter in 2006. The digital-only label acted as a springboard for upcoming Argentinian artists and of course, Pfirter himself, introducing those talents to the rest of the world. Over the years, the fledgling label allowed Juan Pablo the ability to experiment and play with music, sounds and textures and develop his own sense of direction and focus. Collaborating and drawing influence and experience from fellow MindTrip Music artists like Jonas Kopp, Flug, Markus Suckut, Psyk and Monoloc, both the label and Pfirter grew in symbiotic proportion. But after 6 years and 48 releases, Pfirter felt the need for change.

Having released on CLR, Stockholm LTD, Stroboscopic Artefacts & Figure, Pfirter’s brand of hypnotic music has touched dancers and listeners the world over. Not only limited to the clubs, Pfirter’s productions have delved deep into the experimental side too. This is the focus and framework of the new label. 
Juan Pablo reinvented and relaunched the MindTrip imprint, showcasing the full degree of his sound. The label changed its name from MindTrip Music to
just MindTrip, releasing vinyl as well as digital utilising a bespoke artwork profile.
