Paris is burning! And Eliott Litrowski lit the match with his latest EP for OOSSHA. The producer from France once saw the light in the famous Rex club in Paris but has a profound love for Dutch underground dance music. He previously released singles on Moustache and Bordello a Parigi and now debuts on Utrecht based SoHaSo sublabel OOSSHA.

On his Long Story Short EP, Litrowski combines the boldness of Dutch west coast electro with the flair and finesse of French techno, while throwing in a hint of sweet flavoured Italo vibes. A good example is Blind Pilot, which is both frivolous and funky.

Or jump the needle to Cereal Funk, where the dry hi-hats and wild arpeggio’s give more than a nod to Dopplereffekt, while staying in fourth gear. No wonder the track gets a remix treatment by Ed DMX, who turns Cereal Funk into a proper electro monster without losing the core futuristic elements. Long story short, Litrowski’s music is both playful, quirky and tailor made for clubs.

A familiar name to many at our Delayed HQ, Plant 43 has quite the storied past with releases on Semantica, Central Processing Unit, Shipwrec, Eudemonia as well as his own self-titled, Plant43 Recordings. Today we’re happy to premiere ‘Unknown Structure’ the title track from his latest EP off of Future Massive. Unknown Structure is a top peak time electro tune, tinged with sweeping pads that provide a nice juxtaposition to the gritty synths and aggressive breakbeat percussion.

The third artist of July is non-other than Ngoni Egan, an Irish DJ/Producer based in Rotterdam. His productions, which are 808 focussed with a side of acid, have been released on labels such as Thrust collective, Winthorpe Electronics and Patrúin with many more releases scheduled.

The pumping mindset of his productions can be recognised in his live-sets and dj performances as well and have led him to share stages with the likes of Dave Clarke, Helena Hauff, DJ Stingray, DeFeKT and Perc
As founder of the Lepton collective, Ngoni co-runs the platform with emerging Irish talent and has helped to grow the imprint into a record label, radio residency on Dublin Digital Radio and an event series also showcasing powerhouses like Sync24, Carl Finlow, Dez Williams, Jensen Interceptor, Alienata and plenty others

 events launched in Bordeaux and Lisbon, @scenecityeu makes its return on Mutant. The concept is still the same for the platform: to showcase the local musical landscape of a few cities through the lens of local artists. This new episode is dedicated to the
 Vilnius scene. 
Together with its partner @palanga_street_radio,
 Scene city invited @quaintas who has been active in the local scene for over eight years. Currently he is a resident show host at @palanga_street_radio with his monthly show ENTR'ACTE and duo project COOL AIR. He is also a collective member of @minimal-lt
 who have run the electronic music night Minimal Mondays since 2006. In this mix, Quaint pieces together a personal perspective of the Vilnius electronic music scene, pacing through the best of its more experimental and melancholic side.
