Das Nachtleben wird gerne auf Hedonismus, Exzess und Drogen reduziert – und ist doch so viel mehr: Performance, Design, gesellschaftlicher Diskurs, Musik, Tanz, Ekstase – kurz Clubkultur. Die beleuchtet jetzt eine Ausstellung im Münchner Stadtmuseum.
Die Ausstellung "Nachts" ist ab dem 24. Juli im Münchner Stadtmuseum zu sehen, bis zum 1. August gibt es dazu ein schönes Rahmenprogramm in Zusammenarbeit mit Tam Tam.

PREMIERE - Shkema - Singapuras (In Flagranti Remix) (Good Skills)

I met Raf Simons years ago at 10 Days Of Techno in Ghent, Belgium. He sat for hours quietly listening to me until the early hours of the morning. Afterwards I found out that he was a huge fan of my Plastikman album ‘Consumed’ and linked by our shared love of music, art and fashion we stayed in contact and developed a great collaborative friendship!
Raf recently celebrated his first collection at the helm of Calvin Klein and not only invited me to perform at the after-party but also to create a special mix for the dinner he was planning as part of the celebration. Knowing that Raf is very open-minded to the outer reaches of cerebral Electronic Music, I felt it was appropriate to create a mix that weaved through some of my favourite Techno tracks that don’t always find their way into my normal four-to-the-floor club sets.

habt ihr lust auf 4/4 in meiner wolke? wir haben eben den ersten mix aus dem jahre 2005 den ich für wighnomy
und sonnemondsterne gemacht habe in die wolke gelegt. das ist auch der erste mix, bei dem ich anfing mit verschieden
layern zu arbeiten. später dann auf der "metawuffmischfelge" und der "wuppdeckmischmampflow" habe ich das dann vertieft.
er wird nicht zum runterladen sein. bitte versteht das. ein geiler stream bringt doch auch ne frequenz.
bei bedarf unterstützt die musikanten. vielen dank.

wighnomy for the sonnemondsterne festival in 2005 here in the cloud. that is also the first mix,
on which i started using multiple layers at a time. i refined that technique later on "metwuffmischfelge"
and "wuppdeckmischmampflow". i ask for your understanding that the mix will not be downloadable.
