Live recording of my new live set at Tresor (microphone recording from the dj booth)
Sorry for the sound quality, unfortunately, i didn't get the right setting on the recorder to record the audio of the set.

What you are listening to is what i hear behind the booth at Tresor when i play  the set. I find it nice to share it as it catches the vibe of the party , what we ususally don t get from a standard set recording. 

This was the first time playing this live set, and the first time playing at Tresor. I m so happy and grateful for all of you who show up. 

This live set project started in summer 2022 when I saw Boston 168 live at Berghain, it makes me realize how much i miss playing live. It s also inspired by artists I saw play live recently: Marcel Dettmann, Rico Loop, and Les Fils De Palazo, who inspired me with new ideas on how to perform live and gave me the energy to sit in the studio and get this live set ready. 

What you are listening to is the version of the live set that matches the vibe of Tresor, the room, and the sound system, and connects with the crowd in the club. Each live set is unique. 

To play live again is a really special and amazing feeling, i am very happy to have made this step, and i feel ready and extied  to play live again in the future.  if you are interested to invite me, you can get in touch at moog.c@elektrotribe.com

Theo Komp was born and raised in Greece in a family where music was highly appreciated and he was exposed to a few talented musicians. He soon realised a profound interest for electronic music. Over the years, he experimented with different kinds and aspects of music, song writing, production, recording, sound design, mixing and mastering. He started producing music in 2006 and it was then when he enrolled in Berklee College of Music. In 2010, he moved to London. Since then he has performed in many venues like: Egg, Rhythm Factory, Café 1001, Warehouse Club, Pacha, Ministry Of Sound, Sisyphos, Cavo Paradiso to mention but a few; he has been releasing his music in labels like Frequenza, Code2, Advanced, Keep Out Recordings, Mind Ability, Deep Records and Solid Tracks Records. Nowadays Theo is the main man behind Minimal Force Records, a London based label specialized in minimal and techno.

Theo Komp will be playing at downstair stage on June's SOLU Boat Party with Italoboyz which SOLD OUT 24 days in advance!
