His ideas, often blending scientific concepts with mystical and psychedelic experiences, proposed that the universe is not just a physical space but also a realm of ideas and forms influenced by what he termed the "morphogenetic field." 
One of McKenna's famous theories, the "Novelty Theory," suggests that the universe has an inherent quality that increases complexity and novelty over time, which he attempted to graph in his "TimeWave Zero" theory. This idea can be seen as linked to his views on morphogenetic fields, in that these fields could be guiding the universe towards greater complexity and consciousness.

I was born in Brantford Ontario Canada July 11th 1963,
I'm a retired City Worker from The Brantford Ontario Works Dept of 34 years of service,
I was 9 years old when I started taking drum lessons with the Ontario Conservatory Of Music,
I taught drum lessons and played in a band that played blues, country, 50's, blue grass,
I started making playlists at the age of 12 years old (1975) Pioneer Turntable, Cassette Deck, Receiver & two 50 watt Speakers.
