This track is inspired by acceptance meditation. Be open to any sensation that comes up without getting entangled by it and return to the present moment with a mindset of compassion and acceptance.

At the beginning of the track, the major sounds (wind, and the lead synthesiser) are escaping from another. This illustrates the mental act of escaping from experiences. Later the sounds merge to illustrate acceptance.

Try to stay in the present moment, and do not get pulled out of it. This is represented by the swirling noises that try to pull the listener out of the present moment.
