Bosconi reaches number 50 milestone on it’s main label catalogue and who better than label founders Mimimono could unfold this. Fabio Della Torre & Ennio Colaci come back on their output with this series of two eps forming a mini album named “Half Way Trough” with an intriguing blend of modern electro tech house tunes taking to the next level their concept of moving in between styles. The first ep starts with “Accelerate”, an Uk infected tech house tune.. with a distinctly aggressive acid bassline in contrast to the clean synths and bleep sounds.. The result is a floor burner for your peaktime moments on da floor. “Overflow” is more of an hypnotic swing house tune, with some kind of arabic melodies , accompanied by subtle bassline reminding of prince of Persia sounding like environments.. B side starts with “Discorruption”, a tribute from Minimono to the electro italo-disco sound , still with their own original approach, where all the arpeggios and synths notes are accompanied by a driving bassline and a funky house groove more typical by the Florentine duo. The record ends with the stylish melodic tech house tune “Getting Gold” where Fabio and Ennio show their ability of condensing melodic elements and synths into a dancefloor track.. for your sugared moments on the floor.
Definitively one to have in your bag.

Impulse Translation is the intergalactic alias of Minimono aka Ennio Colaci and Fabio Corcos, the Florence-based megaminds behind Bosconi Records.  Having conquered the physical plane with nearly 20 years of their own productions and 50 Bosconi releases, the duo set their sights on untapped regions of synth and rhythm exploration for this custom-built journey through innerSpace.  Ennio and Fabio's studio experimentation reaches new heights in the euphoric, beautifully-layered synth crescendos of Mirror Image and Aural Ensemble–perfect highpoints for blissed-out capital-m dance floor Moments.  Echo Triggering packs enough beefy bottom end and wonky synth sequences to exit mental orbit and Soft Tension will leave them drifting through the twilight wondering "which way is up?".

Fabio Della Torre, also known as Corcos, is a revered figure in Italy's electronic music scene. Hailing from Florence, he's known for his exceptional DJ skills and unwavering passion for electronic music.

At the core of Fabio's career is his role as a dedicated curator of electronic music. His DJ sets are masterful, weaving intricate sonic journeys and pushing the boundaries of electronic sound.
In 2008, Fabio founded Bosconi Records, a visionary label that has become a pillar of Italy's electronic music scene. Through Bosconi, he has nurtured emerging Italian talents while providing a platform for established luminaries. His versatile production skills have earned him a place on labels like Concrete Paris, Vibraphone, and more.

Fabio's commitment to his craft and the electronic music community is unwavering. He is a guardian of the electronic music ethos, always putting the art form's interests first.
In 2022, Fabio added another significant chapter to his story by founding Logout Records shop in Florence. It has become a vibrant center for local DJs and a platform for Italian local productions.

Fabio Della Torre is not just a DJ and producer; he is a guiding light in the industry, shaping its future and championing its timeless essence.

Minimono was born in Florence in 1997 as a multimedia project involving experimentation through music installations, graphic design and theater performances. 
Only later, in 2002 when dj Fabio Della Torre met rock&roll drummer and electronic producer Ennio Colaci, Minimono became an exclusive and passionate music project. 
Their intent was melting their personal music experiences into a fresh techno productions with minimal experiments, still keeping a very pleasant funky house touch 
and combining dancefloor functionality with emphasis on melody and mood.

Minimono’s unconditioned effort to support and develop the local electronic scene eventually grabbed the attention of the hometown’s legendary Tenax Club and its respective label, Tenax Records.
After contributing with a powerful track and ep's on the Parisian Telegraph Records, minimono released also on other labels labels such as Tuningspork, Ethique, Safari Electronique, Loveletters From Oslo.
 
Their liveset has struck people’s attention for its dynamism, richness of electronic textures and from the duo's ability to manipulate on action a wide range of samples.
