His debut release with Phobic records got playtime and support from some the the worlds top artists such as Moodymanc, Chris Lattner and Dubfire. 

A track from his debut EP 'Tribute To Amos' was included on the IBIZA UNDERGROUND 2011 Compilation & TOM POOKS's Compilation...

He is also the co owner at loose pants, an initiative bringing quality artists to SA amongst other countries. 

Latest gigs : half full : northampton, re hab, warehouse-london, 7% records (Ireland) ,

His next release is due 2013-14.

Mario Castro Aka Never alone in a dark room is a Mexican born musican, DJ and label owner who started in making music since 2014 and in the minimal scene since 2017.
He has crafted a sound that has deep-dark influence in Avant Garde, Musique Concrete and other classical experimental music genres, which he introduces to his enigmatic dark minimal electronic sound. 
Tracks supported by artist like Mihigh, Vadim Oslov, Paul K, Denis Andreev and many more prominent minimal artists of the international scene.
Never alone in a dark room has been releasing tracks on labels such as Yoyaku.fr , Sendero , Fratii.ro , Saraw , 123.ro, Afterhours,  Tamiras , Darcoform to say some and Never alone in a dark room has been no stranger to the analog sound as well releasing vinyl tracks on European labels like Artist From Nowhere, 123.RO Helene Records, Clock Records.
