The Mexican duo is all about low-tempo, dark disco and anxious lyrics, mixing guitars, synthesizers, and voodoo rhythms. Together they create a psychedelic journey into haunted vocals, hypnotic percussion landscapes, oriental dreams, with an avant-garde rock flavor.

Jennifer Cardini and Damon Jee brought a powerful remix influenced by Detroit's electro and breakbeat roots. Once mixed with the trippy sounds of the original version, it opens a fresh new door into the field of “dancefloor killer” music

Fog hung thick and heavy in the air, covering the trees and the roofs of the houses along the street. It brought a palpable sense of mystery to the place, as though something strange and unsettling could happen at any moment. Odd occurrences had happened here before; unexplainable situations and curious disappearances that had previously been cast off as nothing by those who weren't superstitious. Many still believed this street to be under a certain spell though, and they weren't willing to stick around for something to happen...

Stuttgart-based producer Zamal's debut EP takes Freeride Millenium - the imprint run by Vienna-based DJ and producer Jorkes - down a new sonic path. Following a series of self-released tracks and two contributions to the label's Queer Base and Impact compilations, he delivers Vague, which moves the label into the realms of techno, with its tough grooves and galloping drum workouts. It comes backed by remixes from Raphael Schön and RIOTVAN owner Peter Invasion with regular collaborator Gregor Habicht, who veer the originals into classic cosmic Freeride Millenium territory.

Next up, Italy’s Disco Mortale and Futuristant take us for a tour of the dark side, with cyborg vocoders and cyberpunk arpeggios painting a vivid dreamscape of neon and steel. ‘Until Forever’ flirts the line
between sinful and sincere, abandoning you to the rise of the machines, and a dance-off to the death!
Flip that wax and step on the gas because Gabto reunites with collaborator Kauan Marco for the colossally cool ‘Ki Ko Ho’. These brilliant Brazilians have delivered a bonafide gem, complete with drums that hit you in all the right places, and a killer synthesiser solo - brilliant stuff.
For the cherry on top, Marching Machines bring their intoxicating and hypnotic flavour of Belgian chug and psychedelic dark disco to the table with the festival-ready epic ‘Seraphic’ - molto bene! We’re delighted to welcome Italian producer Alberto Melloni to Ulla Records! With his EP “Scaleno”, he displays the vast array of his production game, going from new beat to Italo and synth-wave through 3 original tracks, supported by two remixes from Tech Support and Plexi Glass.

The eponymous opening track, “Scaleno”, sounds like an ode to the new beat era, with its punching drum beat, wild sound effects and slamming stabs. Then comes “Blonde”, entwining synths and pads, laid over a heavy rhythm section, the soundtrack to your night spree through the city. Finally, we have an uplifting ending with “False Piste”, an explosion of vibrant melodies, navigating somewhere between Italo and Synthwave.

We also wanted ace remixers on board, so we asked London-based Tech Support to put his magic hands on “Blonde”. He delivered an intense, heavy, club-ready remix with its hypnotic groove and dreamy layers of synths.

Then we have newcomers Plexi Glass, hailing from Rennes, who decided to pace it up on “False Piste”, unleashing frantic drums and galloping basslines, making for a supercharged remix.
