The title track from the debut album Dawn Over Arras by Jeremias Langsämmer [WW1 Soundtrack] is a modern classical and sound track piece describe as "Frightening, dark, with and without hope at the same time. Especially these days. Very different."

The opening guns, the slow drawn strings and bells sitting against the dark sky.

"By the second listen, this song had me crying. The history of Arras comes through with the sounds of shooting from the very beginning, and you captured the sadness of war in it very well, as the dawn rises over the battlefield and the bodies are visible. The gunning gently morphs into the sound of trains. The sense of extended time and space with this war and its aftermath and effects is really effective. The song is beautiful and deeply moving, with layers of emotion affecting on a subconscious level. Bravo!"
