The spanish label introduces for the first time this concept in which concepts like halftime, jungle and future beats collide in a colorful release aimed to the most purist heads with six tracks from various artists around the globe.  

Behind this release you’ll find some new and old faces, including Khramer, Medok and Peron and giving the welcome to BMA, Hystatus, Offish and Trainsient. A diverse release both in style and origin, as artists on the release are from across Europe and USA. 

The first track on the EP is brought by Peron, ‘My Universe’ is a jungle track with an old-school cut but with futuristic touches and some frenzy amen patterns. The second track is by Offish, ‘Persistence’ will draw the line on dark halftime that will be found later in this EP, like with the third track ‘Sekkle’ by Transient. As the fourth track we have the insigne ‘Parallel Amen’ by Khramer, as obvious with a lot of the famous sample inside but this time with a much more modern version of the subgenre. As the anteroom for the end of this release we’ll find ‘Escape’ by BMA, a half tempo tune where the drums are the protagonist. Closing the release the Belgian duo Medok and Hystatus will bring us ‘Habits’, future beats with the usual elegance of these two young promises. 

A release from Parallel Depth that’s aimed to work as a call for explorative and different artists that are looking for a home for their music.

Dauntless returns to Dispatch for the “Departures EP”. The Sydney-based producer delivers a fittingly titled release with five tracks inspired by the concept of change, letting old memories depart and moving forward with new beginnings.

The release includes collaborations with old friends Cern, Discord and Ewol – written when they travelled through Sydney. The title track “Departures” and “Past Mistakes” also play on the same theme, as Dauntless struggled to let them go.

Each of the varied tracks on this release is equally thoughtful and progressive; whilst at the same time being packed with that unmistakable Dauntless energy.
