Replication Cycle

100% sounds sampled from stuff in a shed, recorded, processed and sequenced entirely on an Ableton Push 3 Standalone for the DoA August 2025 Foley Challenge.

Sound sources include a bucket, a tub full of nails, a traffic cone, various bits of a bike, some bottles, a plastic pipe, a vacuum cleaner hose, a broom, a broken anglepoise lamp, some windchimes, and the shed itself. I added a background sample atmosphere from my phone, but everything else was recorded through an ancient Shure SM58 straight into the Push, then processed using just the default sampler instrument by pitching stuff up and down and using the built in filters. There's a bit of saturation, a bit of compression, drum buss on the drums, a couple of other effects, and limiters on the master, but nothing fancy or clever.
