AstroNot is a play on the word astronaut. This song has one meaning, which is going beyond bounds and limits like an astronaut. However, it also can be interpreted as “contact high”, which is a phenomenon that occurs when people experience a drug-like effect just by coming into contact with someone who is under the influence of a psychoactive drug.
