The inaugural release on -102C finds label boss The Cobb launching the imprint with a gorgeous organic house offering. Born out of the success of parent label Deepwibe Underground, -102C will serve as it’s organic house subsidiary, operating with the same level of quality and care. The Cobb first came to our attention in 2020 with a string of releases via Deepwibe Underground. Hailing from Saint Petersburg, Russia, Andrei Yakovlev aka The Cobb has been a primary figure in his cities nightlife for over a decade. As a resident DJ at the legendary Warrp Club, Andrei has delighted crowds with his exquisite programming skills and a fresh blend of organic house and melodic house and techno. With his first ever release landing in September of last year it’s been a quick rise for the Russian artist, notching two more singles and being remixed by progressive music star Dmitry Molosh, while earning the support of Sasha, Solomun and Guy J. Now embarking on a new journey with -102C, The Cobb launches the label with a track appropriately entitled ‘-102C’.

Although early into his career, The Cobb has already flexed his studio repertoire with productions that have touched on both progressive house and melodic house & techno. With ‘-102C’ he diversifies his portfolio further with his first venture into organic house and it does not disappoint. From warm, rhythmic beginnings comes redolent themes and exotic drums. It’s an amalgamation of free flowing organics, muted pianos, fragmented sax riffs and soulful vocal wails which proves most captivating, touching the listener with moments of hope and reflection, as a bed of groovy beats and chunky bass stabs translates that message to the dance floor. A fitting way to launch to a new imprint that most certainly has a bright future, so make sure you are following along. Highly recommended.

Grammy nominee dj and producer from Armenia Pambouk and Greek electronic music duo Miraval are joining Melody Of the Soul family with a fantastic collaboration 'Canyon Beauty' showcasing amazing groove and magical soundscapes. The release also includes an original work by Miraval called 'Yuna' filled with gorgeous oriental vibes complimented with an impeccable remix by Pambouk.

An Argentinean duo with over a decade's experience in the Progressive House scene, Jose Duque and Bruno Signorelli have seen their music feature on such esteemed imprints as Higher States, Mango Alley and Balkan Connection, with their Abity production moniker. Debuting on Particles with their "Memories" EP, "Horizons" is a delicate rhythmic gem that trips along with woodblock percussion and deep kick. Reverb-drenched vocal washes and flowing motifs add melodic character as a rich bass groove adds weight and dancefloor appeal post-breakdown. "Move" continues the bassline cadence as light melodies shimmer across the mid-range. Counterpoint phrases add further charm as white-noise passages filter across the stripped back mid-point. Full of hypnotic poise, it is the perfect pause before the powerful "Beyond" makes its presence felt with rippling arpeggio and emotive piano sequence. A trademark bassline adds force and weight as a spine-tingling melodic progression is carried along by a strong beat and rolling percussive groove before a searing synth lead makes a play in the third movement.

A high-profile artist with releases on the likes of All Day I Dream, Vapour Recordings, and Hoomidaas, Mass Digital is an established producer with well over 500 production credits to his name. Making his debut in mid-2010, the Serbian star now makes his first appearance on Particles with a gorgeous reworking of "Beyond". Familiar melodic lines weave their way through the 7-minute piece while an effortlessly rolling percussive groove meanders across the top line. Stunning new piano sequences and synth phrasing emerge from the Mass Digital production repertoire as the remix blossoms in shimmering new directions post-breakdown whilst remaining firmly rooted in Abity's original sound.

Veterans of the underground house scene, Blood Groove and Kikis are well known to the Particles faithful with a series of remixes dating back to 2015 and a reworking of GMJ's "Silent Love". Interpretations of Nikko.Z, Andre Sobota and East Café have all since followed as the Latvian duo now return with a second remix of 2021. Taking a typically mellifluous approach to their music, Blood Groove & Kikis have developed "Move" into a smooth flowing track that shifts easily within the themes laid out by Abity. Anchored by heavy beat and ticking percussive groove, subtle guitar riffs and string phrasings complement each other in unhindered fashion before delicate organic house elements weave a magical path post-breakdown.

The final remixer is a Proton Music regular who has also found his work featured for such blue-chip imprints as Hoomidaas, Where The Heart Is, Harabe and his own Truesounds Music. Peter Makto's "Purple Rain" EP with Gregory S was a Proton highlight in September 2018 as the Hungarian producer now debuts on Particles with a typically innovative reworking of "Move" that strips away the melodic layers to reveal a newly cadenced arpeggio that flourishes amongst deep kick and ticking hi-hats. An emerging synth line adds to the collage as elements from Abity's original filter into the breakdown. The second half continues the rhythmic arp and complementary phrasing of earlier movements in an impressive Peter Makto remix.

A triptych of original tracks combined with a trio of stunning remixes finds Abity creating some wonderful sonic "Memories".

Juicebox Music's 62nd release sees Mike Rish's 3-track EP "The Quest", originally released in late 2021, getting a fresh breath of life with a set of remixes. The Melbourne (Australia) based artist made his debut on our imprint with his deep, yet powerful remix of Simos Tagias' "Black Swan and swiftly followed it up with a magnificient release which earned high praises and support. Mike Rish furthered his sonic mark with releases on GMJ and Matter's 'meanwhile' as well as James Beetham's 'Last Night Music'. To celebrate "The Quest" EP, we called upon Kabi, EMPHI, Haen and MONé to rework all three tracks from the EP - "The Quest", "Enter" and "Tuumla".

First up is Buenos Aires (Argentina) based artist - Lucas Khabie aka Kabi, who makes his return to the imprint after his chart-topping "Lost In Roses" EP with K Loveski. His dreamy and club-effective style caught the attention of the progressive community, namely through his body of work on Nick Warren's 'The Soundgarden', Guy Mantzur's 'Plattenbank' and Mango's 'Mango Alley', to name a few. Releasing quality over quantity, his attention to detail is evident. For his latest offering, Kabi injects his signature style into Mike Rish's "The Quest", turning it into a deep yet driving interpretation whilst retaining the magical melodic moments.

Initially making his appearance on Juicebox Music via our inaugural edition of 'Fables' with his track "Parabol", EMPHI returns to the label for his first remix duty. Better known to his friends and family as Johan Härdin, the Swedish-based artist captivated the audience ever since he launched the EMPHI project in 2020, with one of his first signings being on Yotto's 'Odd One Out'. He's continued to cement his place in the industry with productions on Armen Miran's 'Hoomidaas' and Jelly For The Babies 'One of A Kind', while receiving amazing support from the likes of Cristoph, Ida Engberg, Henry Saiz, Dmitry Molosh and more. Hot off the press, EMPHI retouches Mike Rish's "Enter" to give it more after-hours approach with a fine lesson in energy-restraint that crescendos perfectly at the drop.

The final remix of the pack comes from a collaboration between two Indian artists making their debut on Juicebox Music, meet Haen (aka Sachin Menon) and MONé (aka Sooraj Sivadas). Haen kickstarted his discography with special 4-track electronica "Moved" EP, alongside fellow producer mate - Scarr., on the US powerhouse imprint - 'Monstercat Silk'. While Sachin continues to keep the association strong with the Silk Music family, his electronica-meets-breaks-meets-progressive style also found its place on labels like 'Sommersville', 'Movement Limited' and 'Mango Alley', where he's also co-founded Mango Alley's sister imprint - 'Maldesoule'. MONé, although being newer to the production space, was Juicebox Music's resident DJ and label manager in the beginning stages of the label, making him an integral part of the family. Taking his time to learn the craft of producing, Sooraj launched himself as MONé to express his love of underground electronic music, releasing tracks that range from the depths of deep breaks to raw techno. Teaming up to remix Mike Rish's "Tuumla", Haen and MONé explore a completely new, aggressive and creative direction whilst still paying homage to the original.

The 201th release on Madloch's 3rd Avenue imprint welcomes JFR & Julian Rodriguez back to the label with their "To The Glory EP". Balad, Monojoke & Travis Jesse got invited to make a remix of this beautiful original.

Balad made his debut on Sound Avenue last year together on an EP with Bigasti and recently had releases on labels such as Steyoyoke, Where The Heart Is, BeatFreak & Balance Music.

Monojoke is no stranger to the label. He's a regular since the start in 2013 and released music on labels like Soundteller Records, Or Two Strangers, Springtube, and many others.

Travis Jesse makes his remix debut. He made his first appearance on the label last year on the "We Are The Future" compilation.
