What more could we have wished for our b2b debut on the Robot Heart bus at this year's Burning Man?

As if the sunrise set slot on Friday morning wasn’t already enough of an honor, we all got blessed with the mind-blowing Drone show from Studio Drift while the sky slowly turned blue and red in the morning shimmer. 

Thinking back about this surreal moment still fills us with speechlessness and goosebumps.

Indeed this year's Burning Man theme was spot on: Waking Dreams all around us.

Ajer more than a decade of shaping their brand of hypno]cally-charged house with ethnic undercurrents – both individually and as a duo – Mira & Chris follow up their 2020 summer hit ‘Déia’ with a long-awaited 5-tracker on Kiosk ID. ‘Cleo’ features two originals and three eclec]c remixes by Argia, Hardt Antoine, and Jonathan Kaspar for catalogue number 020.

‘Cleo’ epitomizes the slow-burning aesthe]c Mira & Chris are known for in their B2B DJ-sets across the world. Contras]ng darkly ominous chords with playful blips, organic percussion, and radiant synth progressions, ‘Cleo’ opens up airy worlds of mesmeric explora]on anchored in a sub-heavy groove.

Hardt Antoine’s up-tempo rendi]on of ‘Cleo’ aroully reinterprets the original’s underlying tension. Cascades of rippling percussion, tearing sirens, thundering sub-hits, and a crackling electronica beat conjure waves of boSled-up energy that constantly threaten escala]on.

With ‘Jero’, Mira & Chris explore deeper climes. Brightly shimmering chords and a resonant lead synth conjure an infec]ous, evolving mantra framed by a compact beat. After the melodic & timeless summer hit Déia released in 2020 on Kiosk I.D. we finally get the long awaited EP of those two.
Cleo comes with 2 originals and 3 incredible remixes by Jonathan Kaspar, Argia & Hardt Antoine.

The two renowned DJs and producers, have captivated audiences with their incredible back-to-back performances. With a shared understanding of the symbiotic relationship between the DJ and the crowd, Mira and Chris create magical moments on the dance floor, where a unique balance of give and take is achieved.
When Mira and Chris perform together, their chemistry becomes evident, and their sets are renowned for creating a soulful and mesmerizing sound. This sound resonates deep within the audience, leaving them with a sense of warm-heartedness. Their ability to seamlessly blend classic mixing skills with live productions results in a moving and immersive experience for listeners.

Shooting star and Mondo Disko club resident Argia from Madrid shows with her Powerbeats Version of „Jero“ her talent for reimagining tracks and infusing them with her signature style, captivating listeners with her innovative approach. A true dance floor bomb!

HARDT ANTOINE is a London based Artist. As his name homages his colourful ancestry, - the DJ, Producer and Label Manager of French and West Indian decent, continuously combines his hugely colourful and eclectic taste in music. When he has to he describes his sound as 'sexy evolving melodies over deep, dark techno grooves'. In reality the music crosses genres seamlessly between house, techno and broken beats while always showing off his influences of soul, disco, IDM, orchestral music and Detroit techno.

Antoine founded and runs respected London event series and label - Reculture as well as manages the Mykonos based, alternative electronic music label Anemos Dance which he co-founded in 2021 with Maglia, DJ Gregory and Ilias Petrakis.

If you see this happening between two DJs it becomes obvious that two of a kind have found one another.
Those who love this kind of confluence will adore watching Mira and Chris Schwarzwalder doing
what they do best; playing back to back.
Having influenced the East‐German techno scene throughout the last twenty years, Mira established her musical home in Berlin’s legendary Bar25. There, she shaped her very own unique sound that can be considered as a story of these endless nights full of intensity.
Bar25 was also the place for her to meet DJ and producer Chris Schwarzwalder. Moving from his Hip Hop­‐roots towards electronic music, it was not by accident that Chris followed the beat of time to Berlin.
Anyone who has experienced their endless sets already understand why Berliners speak of the particular sound being created by both of them.
A soulful, mesmerizing sound that you will sense sinking under your skin and leaving you with a feeling of deep warm­‐heartedness.
What happens is the perfect chemistry of classic mixing skills along with ingenious live productions that really deserve to be called a moving experience.
All of their styles and sounds can, not only be discovered live behind the decks, but also on prosperous vinyl and digital releases.
