Nel 2010 Radio Blackout ha lanciato la campagna "Spegni la censura, Accendi Blackout",  in risposta a quella classe politica che con le sue scelte ha tentato di zittire 18 anni di libera informazione attraverso la minaccia di mancato rinnovo dell'affitto dell'attuale sede.
Artisti, cantanti, musicisti, produttori ed esponenti del mondo della cultura torinese e nazionale hanno aderito a vario titolo  alla campagna "Spegni la censura Accendi Blackout", contribuendo ad affemare l'importanza della libera informazione e il ruolo di Blackout nella città di Torino. Da queste premesse e dall'idea della label indipendente 4WEED Records e del collettivo torinese ROOTIKAL DUB FOUNDATION , nasce la compilation "DUBLACKOUT" (in coproduzione con  Radio Blackout), 11 titoli di Dub elettronico e Dubstep. I contributi alla compiltion arrivano  da colletttivi e produttori di tutta Italia che con piacere vi andiamo ad elencare: Mystical Powa, Pressure Dub Sound, Lab Frequency con Natty Bass (ODG), Dub Engine, Dubhash, Rootikal Dub Foundation, Sativa Dub Station, CrazyHertz, Earth Resistence Dub, Emod Kr vs Cixxx j. Alla line up va poi aggiunto un ospite d'eccezione, Dub Terror (Uk).
DUBLACKOUT è un insieme di sonorita' che esplorano il Dub nelle sue forme più sperimentali, con l'obiettivo di dar vita ad un progetto musicale di qualità e, soprattutto, unico nel suo genere in Italia. Uno sguardo attento su cio' che accade nella scena Dub e Dubstep italiana, che sui 105.250 di Radio Blackout ha sempre trovato ampio spazio.

Il cd della compilation è disponibile presso la distribuzione di Radio Blackout , presso 4WEED Music (Napoli) e presto nei negozi e negli e-store specializzati italiani ed europei.
