Synopsis: Curiosity gets the better of us as we follow the streams of light to a peculiar path in the forest. At the center of the deep woods, a darkness has taken hold. Wading through confusion, we encounter a horrific scene of transformation. Unknown beings are performing a supernatural ritual and are stealing life from the earth itself. And at the center of the circle, they are offering a local girl - Aurae. Paralyzed by fright we can do nothing as we watch the wrath that ensues.

We never really know what to expect from 2 hour Mirage Island sets, but as usual this one delivers and contains music unlike any past MI Curiosity experiences. Garrett dug in hard to upbeat deep tech over the past two years -

Synopsis: Welcome to Neridia, a land of flora, fauna, and freedom. Green jungles and blue oceans dominate the landscape, and scattered denizens act as stewards and cultivators of their lush land. They are deeply wise, but rely on simple technology and cultural customs that have become nearly timeless. They know not of the complexities of the universe, as their attention has always remained on their healthy, happy land. In this chapter we'll explore Neridia, meet its inhabitants, and witness their connection to the life around them.

Synopsis: Our journey truly begins as we follow Aurae into the great light ring. We'll be ripped far from our home and exposed to the vast wonders of the galaxy. We will witness the mystery of life and its profound reach. And all the while, we will get closer to finding ourself and our true purpose.

Mirage Island @ Desert Escape: Flower Moon [Journey Through the Cosmos]

We took a step back into the mirage at Curiosity 2019 and were immediately taken on a wild ride through a world of rapid industrial synthesis. Full of thundering kicks, acid 303s, and some of the biggest techno tunes of the weekend, this set made waves at Curiosity and really made us dance up a duststorm. We LOVE hearing great deep cuts from new genres and this one hit us with some unexpectedly awesome hardcore techno - enjoy hearing it for the first time or reliving your night with us on the desert dance floor!

Inquiry celebrates 20 releases with an all new EP by @mirage-island !! In it we embark on a series of synth-y space odysseys that nicely contrast with Mirage Island's past releases. The lead single, "Give Way" has been delighting Inquiry dancefloors for some time, you might recognize it! We're excited to give it a proper release alongside 2 more energetic techno gems, available now! This is also the third cover collaboration with artist Courtney Kinnare, and the original piece was made live during Mirage Island's set at our show with Desert Dwellers last November. Incredible! The 1/1 painting has been sold, but we're partnering with Courtney and have produced limited prints that will be available this March....keep you eyes peeled!
