Why is it so bad to have honest, consensual sex?

Anyone who has OCD or probably any mental illness gets this feeling. Guilt, shame, regrets. Frustration that we know we could’ve had a “normal” life if it weren’t for this one thing. Trying to explain it or get others to understand it. But it’s the disease we can’t see, so it takes effort to understand. Most people don’t care enough, and that can hurt when it’s the ones we thought were closest to us. It sucks when you have to face the fact that the only call you can make is the suicide hotline.

Recorded in like early 2024 lol. Typical of me to post it like a year later. As I predicted, this approach has been fruitful :)
