i've been sitting on this for a while, but realized that in order to make my podcast dreams reality, i had to SIT DOWN AND DO IT. even if i thought it would be bad, or boring, or embarrassing. nothing could happen until i made it happen. today i introduce the podcast and talk a little about my experience with grief in 2016.
