One could describe Mirco Caruso’s previous career with just three words: “haste makes waste”.  The club-musician with Italian roots approach to music is never contrived - nor does he care for exclusive hype or shallow bandwagoning. Mirco Caruso’s career is embossed by a gravitas that has led him to the musical genre he belongs to.

His earliest experiences with DJing was at the age of 14 in the midst of the 90s. After dabbling with hip hop, he would soon discover electronic music, and began to experiment with its possibilities. 

In March 2014, Mirco Caruso’s first tech house track debuted, launching his musical future. Titled ‘La Llorona’, his EP garnered significant success, particularly in South America. In September 2014, he followed up with yet another successful EP ‘Systematic’, which was released on Go Deeva Records.

With momentum rolling, Mirco Caruso’s third EP titled ‘Siren’ on Go Deeva Records further cemented his name as a pivotal figure in the tech house circuit. High profile acts were including it in their rotations, with even the likes of Dennis Ferrer playing it at his New Year’s Eve set. By this point, he was receiving support from Dosem, Sharam (Deep Dish), Catz n Dogz and many more, propelling ‘Siren’ and Mirco Caruso into the global spotlight. In 2017, he had two tracks featured on the official Amnesia Compilation, mixed by Popof. His success has so far attracted over a million Spotify plays and counting.

Mirco Caruso has played at the Arosa Electronica, the iconic Gurten Festival, as well as the renowned Hive Club in Zurich. He's also performed at the famous EGG Club London, along with notable gigs in Athens, Gran Canaria, St Petersburg, Manchester, Birmingham and Moscow. In 2019 he crossed the Atlantic for Showcases in San Diego (USA) and Santiago De Chile (Chile).

Since 2016 Mirco Caruso runs his own imprint, 2Drop Records. Beside that, since he released his first EP in 2014, he had notable releases on Stereo Productions, ElRow, Gruuv, NoExcuse, Hive Audio, 303Lovers and Go Deeva Records.
