This one’s special. Same QuickServe philosophy: keep it tight at 1:45 and keep it tasty. Cosmic Phil slides in on a chill drum beat and bass line, then—boom—keys light up and start expanding. A haunting pad floats in with a little extra expression, and soon the arpeggiated digits start blurping like your brain reminding you it needs every piece of the equation. Then comes the equal sign—a wink that you’ve come and gone (and maybe practiced a little math along the way).

The QuickServe Pavilion in its first iteration depended on this track to get the cones spinning—hence the OG. It’s been with the app from the very beginning. I’m pretty sure I played parts on my actual computer keyboard. I thought about giving it a second go, making it longer or more “produced,” but honestly…it’s kind of perfect as is—short, sweet, vibey, done. Enjoy!

The Hidden Oasis EP coming from the land of Oz, is the result of a series of collaborations between Uone and Western in Sydney.These two grooving deep tech house jams are inspired by primitive sounds, but maintain a modern feeling with layerings of instrumentation juxtaposed with sizzling synths. By recording real percussion and capturing raw takes of late night analogue jams, the duo capture a unique electronic sound while maintaining an organic vibe. 

Fellow Australian, and co-owner of Multi Culti Records, Dreems, delivers a psychedelic pitched down interpretation of "Tribal Paradise". The infectious bubbling baseline carries the listener on a wild ride thru the dusty bush, fueled by analogue distortion and percussive madness. Jonas Saalbach from Berlin, takes us further into the oasis delivering a beautiful uplifting remix of "Gold Sacks River". Swirling arpeggios and lush pads expand and build over the hand clap beat climaxing into a deep acid groove. The artwork by Helia Jamali draws us a visual map of the music, guiding us to the elusive "Hidden Oasis", a desert destination that can only be discovered after journeying down the "Gold Sacks River" and arriving at the secret "Tribal Paradise."

Uone & Western - Tribal Paradise (Dreems Australis Borealis Remix)

We are proud to present a beautiful new EP by argentinean producer, musician and teacher Barda, a rising star of the new South American wave.

"Lembrança" is her first release of original tracks following her debut album "Gruta" released in 2015 via Fertil Discos. Inspired by Argentina's Alto Valle and the arid bardas del desierto of Patagonia, Cecilia Gebhard presents five tracks built around guitar recordings, charango, percussions, analog and digital synthesizer patterns to create a counterpoint of beautiful, deep and dancefloor orientated textures. Five rhythms and five journeys.

In the last years, Barda had performed across many different latitudes, showcasing her music at WOMEX17, Fusion Festival (GER), Festival Nómade (CHI), MUTEK18 (AR) and many more. She is also the name behind one of the major electro-organic events in Buenos Aires, "Plantasia". 

"Lembrança", is released by Shika Shika on a limited edition 12" vinyl and also features a very special remix by Berlin producer M.RUX (YNFND).
