Pîrvu returns to Meander with “Skylark EP,” featuring a remix from [a:rpia:r] artist Dan Andrei.

The EP includes three adventurous and emotional breakbeat-inspired house cuts, with Pîrvu’s personal aesthetic splattered across the board. The tracks are filled with unique vocal samples, infectious bass grooves, beautiful chords, and precisely programmed drums.

On the B-side, Dan Andrei reworks Pîrvu’s track “Zuzu” into a deep 4/4 trip, covered in a transcendent sheen.

Yani Momchilov hailes from Bulgaria and delivers one of our most intricate releases as of yet! Broken beats, vibes that remind us of a 90s trip hop releases on Pork Recordings in the leading track called 222 to the space travel that is Bangardjik and then his last creation called Job Breakster that is as underground as it gets with twirling, nostalgic synths and more of that broken goodness. Remixes are from two well known artists Fedo & Max Jacobson, who absolutely deliver adding their own vibe to this whole experimental, modern electronic masterpiece.
