Recorded at GÖKOTTA night & day event in Aigio, his next piece is an extension of his vision, a sonic journey that takes you through a day on the Greek land. With every record complementing its predecessor, Atef weaves a tapestry of subliminal sounds, creating an atmosphere where time stands still and the rhythm takes over. His selections are stories told in the language of deep grooves and perpetual vibrations.

Kicking off in style, a way to offer an even larger spectre of arranged sound - Off-Series will be supplying sublime arrangements for the entirety of its series. 

A seasoned selector and the ultimate ice-breaker, we have Katharine of Motion Theory, all the way from Australia, laying down a path of slick domesticated sounds within the ultimate blend of... everything. From indoor complementation of space to roomy beats for wooden dancefloors, she brought out a part of herself which translated into 2 hours of perpetual intrigue and captivation. With the roots of her sounds steadily hovering over minimalistic compositions, her sonic alter egos took us for a ride, a ride to remember.

Herck - the man of tame precision. Halfway through 2019, he brought solid blocks to the chain and made feet surf on his waves on numerous occasions. 

“Masses of sound are moving about in space, each at its own speed, on its own plane, rotating, colliding, splitting up and reuniting.” - this Varese vision on music is entirely applicable to what Herck does while behind the controls. 

With sets of undisturbed percussions and utopian pads, he lays a phantasmagoric path through the thoroughly shaped passage. Eerie echoes and barbaric intrusions of certain particles of sound, remind us to expect the unexpected from such as Herck.

The course of life took him far from his originating lands, a factor that motivated him even more to carry the once encompassed stripped back patterns. Chicago based selector, Dani Marcu, has been in close vicinity to music for over two decades now, remodeling and reinventing his own self throughout the years. 

It starts with a bang; however, it is not lessening during the whole of time. Nothing more captivating than Laumee’s lightly haunting stratification around the effortless zest build up. Organised yet seemingly untamed within, heavier kicks take over a vast portion of the course. The core of these two hours is where Romanian strings meet the unsettling sounds of NTFO in an elegant and interactive manner. With some of the sequences being shredded of redundant particles, it emphasises the idea of having a larger output while using a very calculated amount of elements. 

Dani has developed a sense of complementation during the years and his constant involvement with the structures—define him every day. From London to one of Pragmatik’s finest and back!

Miromu Series 34 - DANI MARCU

For the 35th session, we introduce to you a great selector who is better known as Sienkiewicz. His personal journey through music sees its beginnings over a decade ago, however, the minimalistic path was taken years later. From being a band member in his teenage years to DJ sets in privy locations, he has mastered the skill of musical versatility. 

The next two hours bring a deep-seated feeling of intimacy with compositions like Dubfound & Dopustim’s Mimetics setting the levels right at the beginning of these blissful hours. He touches many sub-genre points with an outstanding flow. The red line that crosses the whole podcast, consists of layered percussions that complement each piece, and hold the tight connection between all of them, guaranteeing a smooth glide throughout. Closing with greatness, Sienkiewicz seals the music box with Nalesca Mantega’s effortless composition. Play it thrice!

Miromu Series 35 - SIENKIEWICZ

Cristian Salanta a.k.a. CRISSTIA is a known name amongst the circles and mostly for his serial appearances within Dinsubsol showcases. With the music letting speak for himself mostly, he has paved his way to many listeners with his silvery selections. 

The next two hours are crafted to engage on different altitudes. Crisstia’s technical approach towards mixing creates seamless experiences, with both broken beats and subtle arrangements. He’s selection involves a range of percussional structures that are present for the whole duration, annexing all the compositions to his techie and structured vision. Cristian gives us a large palette of sound to choose from, all compiled effortlessly into a dynamic harmony.

As out tape series are oriented towards the alternative options of the musical spectre, Orli selected 70 minutes of downtempo/glitch-hop with syncopated borders.
